Due to the custom scale and professional-grade nature of each piece, all sales are considered final once production or processing begins. Orders may be eligible for modification or cancellation within a limited window after purchase. Any approved refunds prior to fulfillment may be subject to administrative and restocking fees. In the rare event of damage or defect, Love That Christmas will assess and provide repair, replacement, or resolution support to uphold product integrity.
